Colorado Cares Rx is a program for Colorado residents to save money on generic prescription medicines. The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing has teamed with Rx Outreach – a leading mail order patient assistance program – to offer this valuable program.  If you meet the eligibility requirements you can order generic prescription medicines that you take on an ongoing basis and receive the medicines through the mail.
