No, Compartiendo Esperanza is a community conversation series focused on wellness and support. While our facilitators are trained in mental health awareness, this is not therapy or clinical treatment.
Because culture matters. Conversations about mental health are more meaningful — and often more effective — when they reflect shared language, values, and lived experiences.
We understand these concerns deeply. Our spaces are specifically designed to be free of judgment, recognizing the unique challenges and pressures our community faces. Many participants find strength in connecting with others who understand these shared experiences.
