Buoyed by American Rescue Plan Act funds — and perhaps chastened by their state ranking dead last in at least one of Mental Health America’s 2022 measures — Colorado lawmakers got serious about mental health this spring. In advance of a local presentation with NAMI Colorado executive director Ray Merenstein, Mental Health Colorado’s Moe Keller shared a Democratic Legislative Caucus breakdown of how the Legislature allocated $450 million to mental health.
